Danzantes Del Valle Presents: High School Show Offs

Saturday, February 27, 2016 Color. Movement. History. Celebration. Danzantes del Valle Coalition, an association of over 20 Mexican Folkloric dance groups from the San Joaquin valley, will present the "High School Show Offs", a night of dancing and tradition at the historic Warnors Theater. This year's event includes 11 High School Mexican Folkloric dance groups. From Fresno: Central, McLane, Fresno, Roosevelt, and Sunnyside. From Clovis: Clovis West, Clovis High. From Selma: Selma High. From Porterville: Monache, Granite, and Porterville. The dance groups represent a wide history of sharing our cultural traditions over several generations. This year's High School Show Offs is brought in collaboration with Warnors Center for the Performing Arts and Arte Americas a Latino-based cultural center. Tickets are available at Ate' Americas and at the Warnors Box Office (CASH ONLY). Treat your family to an evening of color, culture, and history at the High School Show Offs!
