THE GARABEDIAN GROUP HOSTS SECOND ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT TO BENEFIT FRESNO COMMUNITY FOOD BANK. The Garabedian Group, a local CPA and business advisory firm, will be hosting its second annual charity golf tournament benefiting the Fresno Community Food Bank. The golf tournament will be held on Friday, October 23 at Dragonfly Golf Club in Madera. Registration will begin at 11am. A barbeque lunch will be provided at the course, followed by a shotgun start at 12:30pm. The format for the tournament is a 4-player scramble. Participants will be able to enter in various competitions held in conjunction with the tournament for prizes, including the longest drive contest and the hole-in-one contest, where players will have the chance to win a new car from Haron Jaguar Land Rover. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase to win additional prizes. An awards ceremony and appetizers will follow the tournament. For five consecutive years, The Garabedian Group has hosted a food drive to benefit the Fresno Community Food Bank, raising over $200K in food and monetary donations throughout the years. With this support, the Fresno Community Food Bank has been able to provide food to numerous families affected by hunger across the Central Valley. Dale Garabedian, founder and managing partner of The Garabedian Group, has blended his passion for making a difference in the community with his love of golf through the firm's annual charity golf tournament. Garabedian comments, “The golf tournament is just one way the team at TGG gives back to the community. We recognize we live in a world of abundance and the entire team loves the idea of supporting those less fortunate than we are. Your support will show the Fresno Food Bank that we all care and can assist those who need our help. This is an event that is not just focused on fun but also the greater needs of the community we live in." The Garabedian Group welcomes any and all businesses and organizations to participate, sponsor or contribute to the event. Proceeds will directly benefit the Fresno Community Food Bank and support the fight against hunger.
