Spano River Ranch Habitat Enhancement

San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust

Join us as we perform some light weeding, mulching, and build raptor perches at our Spano Ranch Habitat Enhancement Project. This event will run from 9:00am until 12:00pm and is a great opportunity for all individuals and groups. There is no longterm commitment and all tools are provided. To get there from Fresno: Exit highway 41 North at Friant Road Turn Right (northeast) onto Friant Road towards Woodward Park Turn Left (west) onto Audubon Drive and continue past the park and across the overpass Turn Right onto Del Mar Avenue and then make your first left onto Riverview Drive. The gate will be straight ahead. Save time by printing and filling out a volunteer service agreement from our River Stewards webpage and bring it with you. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Take care to protect yourself from the heat. Bring a refillable water bottle, put on sunscreen, and wear a hat. Feel free to contact Jake Salimbene with any further questions:
