Bike Through History

Come explore the historic neighborhoods of Fresno High and Old Fig, with a brief loop along Blackstone Avenue. The 7-mile route will include stops at several historic buildings, with brief presentations about Fresno's early 20th century and mid-century architecture and history. The event is co-sponsored by the City of Fresno, the Fresno County Bicycle Coalition, the Valley Air District, the American Institute of Architects San Joaquin, Better Blackstone Association, and the Cal Alumni Club of Fresno. Participants 16 and younger must be accompanied by parent or guardian and be capable of riding independently on their own bike or be pulled in a trailer. Pre-registration is helpful!
