Recently, Clovis North High School Varsity Song/Pom team won first place at the 2017 National Championship competition. The Junior Varsity Team also grabbed second place in a very close race to first.

Needless to say, the community is incredibly proud of this talented group of young women!

In a Facebook post by mother
Stephanie Urabe Kubo, she stated, "So beyond proud of our girls...Clovis North Varsity Comp Pep National CHAMPIONS!!! First for Clovis North in advanced pep...Congratulations to Melissa Mendenhall-Aguiar."

In a post by
Amir Khajavi, another proud parent, "I want to congratulate my daughter, Gabbie, for leading her team to be National Champions! As Captain of her cheer team, Gabbie has worked EXTREMELY hard. I am so proud of her perseverance, maturity and inability to quit."

Congratulations to the talented
