Taqueria Yarelis recently posted a video that went viral. This video consisted of Edwin Espinoza of Taqueria Yarelis making his self-invented "Anaconda" burrito (see below).

Since his video was posted on Taqueria Yarelis's Facebook Page on November 21st, it had gotten over 16 million views as of the following Friday afternoon.

He also sold over 1,000 of them in three days' time. Taqueria Yarelis was overwhelmed with excited customers hoping to try the 3 ft-long, burrito gigante.

To top it off, the video was mentioned in an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon! (See that video below.)

Espinoza runs the small walk-up business with his family off of Belmont in Fresno. He invented this giant burrito while working with a catering company.

The burrito runs at $23 plus tax.

Watch the 5 1/2 minute video of Espinoza making it below!
