Fresno State Vintage Days
Vintage Days is Fresno State’s largest student-planned celebration which attracts over 50,000 people from Fresno and the surrounding communities to its campus for three days of community celebration and entertainment. This past weekend, the annual spring event combined social, cultural, and recreational activities into an action-packed weekend.
Eight student-led committees were part of the planning and organization. These committees were each responsible for different aspects of the event, which are: Boomtown Carnival, Concerts, Crafts Faire, Development, Kid's Zone, Marketing, Public Relations, and Special Events.
In particular, the Crafts Faire section is a marketplace for over a hundred exhibitors specializing in handmade items including jewelry, children's toys, home decor, and an assortment of other unique items. entertainment, a beer garden, Crafts Faire, and other unique collections or items.
There was something for everyone at Vintage Days. Along with the Craft Faire, food vendors, game booths, live entertainment, beer gardens, and much, much more!
There was a great turnout this season, and Fresno State is hoping to see more next year's Vintage Days!
